3. REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS:

4. USENAME, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
During the registration process, you will create a Usename ( Member ID) and Password.You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Usename ( Member ID) and Password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Usename (Member ID) and Password. You agree to (a) immediately notify XINANSHA.ASIA of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. XINANSHA.ASIA cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement. You acknowledge and agree that all information, code, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, pictures, graphics, video, chat, messages, files, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. Access to XINANSHA.ASIA and registering Free Member are free of charge at the current time. XINANSHA.ASIA reserves the right to modify the “charging clause” from free member to paid member, and we notify you of the changed clause by email immediately. XINANSHA.ASIA provides paid services to users ( Member or non-Member) at current time. Post any material to members that are not related to business purposes.
Impersonate or unlawfully use another companies name to post information or conduct business of any form.
Any unauthorized access, use, modification or control of the xinansha.asia database, network or related services.
Obtain by any means xinansha.asia member's username and/or password.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

As a User, you have the obligation to check the Website from time to time in order to determine if such amendments have been made.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
11.1 The Parties (all users including xinansha’s Members,) represent and warrant that they have the capacity to enter into this Agreement and that this Agreement constitutes legal, valid and binding obligations of their part.
11.2 If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court to be void and unenforceable, such provision shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement or their validity or enforceability.
11.3 XINANSHA.ASIA’s failure at any time or times to require performance by a User of any of its obligations hereunder shall in no way affect XINANSHA.ASIA’s right to require performance thereof by the User at any time thereafter.
11.4 XINANSHA.ASIA shall have the right to assign any of its obligations and duties in this Agreement to any person or entity.
11.5 This Agreement has been drawn up in the English Language with the agreement of the parties.
11.6 This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all parties agree that only the courts of Singapore shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in
